Red Hat, Inc. (Nasdaq: RHAT), leader mondiale nella fornitura di soluzioni open source, ha stretto i primi accordi locali di partnership legati a JBoss Enterprise Middleware. Byte-Code e Sourcesense sono i primi system integrator italiani ad avere siglato una partnership con Red Hat sull'offerta JBoss.
Il SI JBoss Partner Program di Red Hat mira a reclutare system integrator che dispongano di forti skill nell'area Java. Ai partner selezionati, il programma mette a disposizione una serie di incentivi che scattano alla segnalazione di un potenziale progetto/opportunità su JBoss Enterprise Middleware. Inoltre, c'e' un'attenzione particolare alla loro formazione con corsi JBoss acquistabili tramite i punti JCredit inclusi nel contratto. La formazione del partner e' completata con le Master Class JBoss: i partner italiani hanno la possibilita' di partecipare a corsi di formazione che si tengono in Europa entrando in contatto con altri partner dell'area EMEA. Infine, la partnership mette a disposizione un contatto diretto con il supporto Red Hat.

In base agli accordi siglati, i system integrator possono inserire JBoss Enterprise Middleware, che comprende anche JBoss Enterprise Application Platform, nella propria offerta, avvalendosi delle risorse e del supporto dedicato Red Hat. La presenza di personale certificato RHCE consente ai partner di arricchire le soluzioni Red Hat con tutte le competenze necessarie ad operare nel mondo delle applicazioni enterprise legate alle tecnologie Java, ed in particolare alle soluzioni JBoss.
