(NYSE: RHT), leader mondiale nella fornitura di soluzioni open source, ha annunciato il lancio europeo di Red Hat Online Learning (ROLE) – un nuovo metodo di formazione personalizzata online, studiato per soddisfare le esigenze degli odierni professionisti del settore tecnologico. Il metodo ROLE consente agli studenti di accedere a un corso completo e ad esercitazioni pratiche - come se si fosse fisicamente in aula – in tutta tranquillità, direttamente dal proprio computer. I corsi saranno disponibili in inglese, tedesco, francese e spagnolo.
I materiali didattici fruibili online sono comparabili a quelli utilizzati nei normali corsi in aula e sono ottimizzati con spiegazioni extra per gli auto-didatti. Gli studenti hanno inoltre accesso a un archivio di webinar e lezioni video, in grado di guidarli nella preparazione agli esami di Red Hat Certified System Administrator e Red Hat Certified Engineer (EX200 and EX300). Ogni unità comprende una verifica sull’apprendimento, e fornisce agli studenti l’opportunità di accertare la comprensione dei materiali prima del passaggio al laboratorio online. Questo strumento è pensato per fornire agli studenti un feedback immediato e per testare in modo accurato la loro conoscenza dei vari materiali.

Con ROLE, gli studenti ricevono un abbonamento di 90 giorni con accesso per gli utente alle tre parti che compongono Red Hat Online Learning (contenuti del corso, webinar, e esercitazioni pratiche). Durante i 90 giorni di abbonamento si hanno a disposizione un totale di 80 ore di laboratorio. E, ad eccezione delle esercitazioni, che richiedono l’utilizzo di un desktop o di un laptop, sia i webinar che i contenuti del corso possono essere visualizzati da un qualsiasi dispositivo portatile.
